13 Weight Loss Reasons to Get Thin Naturally

Can you have fun losing weight?
What I found was that losing weight naturally is fun.
1. It was something new. Meaning I had never lost weight like that before.
2. I didn’t use the scale. I just knew what my dress size was. I got to feel my clothes get bigger instead of worrying about the scale. Much less stressful.
3. I got to eat what I wanted to eat.
4. I could still eat ice cream.
5. I didn’t have to count calories
6. No keeping track of points
7. No buying extra food just for me
8. I could still go out to eat with my husband
9. I could still have Prime Rib with him.
10. I didn’t have to say I can’t have that because I am on a diet.
11. I loved the compliments as the weight came off.
12. People was asking me what I was doing.
13. My husband was having fun constantly telling people he was sleeping with a different woman.
